The last day of MFF was ended with road trips to different locations in Herzegovina. The program again started at 3 p.m. and with a home film “The cenotaph of Srebrenica”. It was followed with a Turkish film “To make an example of” which was presented by the director Necati Sönmez, after that “The lovers from Axos” / Greece, “Miraslava” / Italy, and the last film “How I am” / Italy, presented by the author, the director Caroline Leitner.

At 9 p.m. the winners of the 9th Mediterranean Film Festival were announced. The audience award won the film “The son incidentally” by author’s pair Robert Zuber and Tomislav Mršić. Average rating for that film is 4, 48. The producer of the MFF Robert Bubalo handed in the Crystal projector to Robert Zuber, and the winner of this award also gets the money amount of 1000 euros. At the very top by the audience choice were the films “How I am” (4, 41) and Croatian “Welcome to Igrane” (4, 23).
The director of MFF Tomislav Topić announced the Special jury award. This award was also won by the film “The son incidentally” (The crystal projector and 1000 euros). This is the first time in the history of Mediterranean Film Festival that the same film won the audience award and one of the jury awards.
Head of the jury Tomislav Radić announced the winner of 9th MFF. Spanish film “The tailor” won the Grand prix, and the award, Crystal projector and 3000 euros, was handed in to the director Oscar Perez.
9th MFF is ended with another party at the café club “Start” with a barbecue party and blues band “Let’s go”.
