Second evening of MFF: Strong competition and films under the stars
The second evening of the 17th Mediterranean Film Festival was marked by strong documentary competition and films that could be watched in the open air cinema under the stars. Short documentaries ‘Dirty business’ directed by Vadim Dumesh from Israel, ‘Fatima’ by Nina Khada from France, ‘Moradores’ by Albert Busquets from Spain, ‘201410KU’ directed by Vjekoslav Gšparović from Croatia and ‘The Reflection of power’ by French director Mihai Grecu were in the program from 17h.
 
Feature documentaries ‘Geographies’ directed by Chaghig Arzoumanian from Lebanon, ‘On Football’ directed by Sergio Oksman from Spain and ‘Remnance of Madness’ by Joris Lachaise from France were screened later in the evening competition program.
 
Six great films from ‘Sutjeska film’ production were screened in the morning hours within the off program ‘MFF Retrospective’ and brought the beauties of Herzegovina and its people to the big screen.
 
Open air cinema in the town centre was again a great place for the lovers of the art of film, who enjoyed the film ‘Love and Friendship’ under the stars. Documentary film ‘Meet the Patels’ from the ‘American Film Showcase’ was screened afterwards and closed the first night of MFF. Visitors could enjoy at the festival square and have fun with great music performances at the after parties that this Festival is known and loved for. Let’s go on!
