Neglected children are coming together and forming special groups - they become members of street gangs. In most cases, their parents are divorced, work abroad or are simply not up to the task of caring for a child. This film attempts to shed light on the complex psyche of sensitive, preadolescent children who were betrayed by their parents and the society and left with no one who could keep them from going astray.
