Sunday is a 14-year-old girl with cognitive and physical disabilities, living in a rural area of northern Uganda. In a place where disability is seen as a stigma and “mercy killing” persists, she inhabits a world of her own. Beneath the weight of glances that judge her as strange, uncoordinated, out of time, she does not see it. And she dances.
