In the jury of the 9th Mediterranean Film Festival are Croatian filmologist Diana Nenadić, Croatian director Tomislav Radić and Bosnia-Herzegovina’s director Ahmed Imamović . The jury will give two prizes – The Grand Prix of MFF, and the special jury award.

Filmologist Diana Nenadić is the editor of film shows on the 3rd program of Croatian radio, film-columnist in “Vijenac”, editor-in-chief in “Zapis” and editor in Croatian film chronicle. She is the only film critic who was awarded twice with critic’s award “Vladimir Vuković” (for the second time in 2006.). She graduated political science in Zagreb.

Tomislav Radić graduated at Comparative Literature and Art History College, and direction at the Academy of dramatic art. He is the author of seven feature-length films, and these are: “Holy Truth” (1972), “Timon” (1972), “Harbor” (1991), “My dear angel” (1995), “Holding” (2001) and “Three stories about sleeplessness” (2008). His biggest success is family drama “What did Iva shoot on October 21st 2003.” (2005), which got five most important awards at the most significant film festivals in Croatia. He also directed many documentaries.

Ahmed Imamović graduated direction at the Academy of performing arts in Sarajevo. His short film “Ten minutes” won the European film academy award for the best short film in 2002. The first feature film “Go west” (2005) opened a new chapter in Bosnia-Herzegovina’s film industry. Right after finishing the screenplay, “Go west” came across harsh and brutal disapproval from conservative circles in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Imamović worked as cameraman, for the SAGA production, at more than 30 documentary films. He participated in the production of the film by Michael Winterbottom “Welcome to Sarajevo”.
