Graduate study 'Video editing and directing' launched in Široki Brijeg
The graduate study "Video Editing and Directing" at the Academy of Fine Arts in Široki Brijeg represents a starting point for education of professional staff who will promote artistic values and work in the field of film and TV art through their own efforts and activities. 

Students who have completed an undergraduate study of editing or directing have the right to enrol in the graduate study "Video Editing and Directing", but also bachelors who have completed another undergraduate study in the field of art, technical and social sciences, humanities and natural sciences with obligation of taking a tutoring in editing and directing in the first year of study. The Academy of Fine Arts in Široki Brijeg has excellent cooperation with the academies in Split, Sarajevo, Trebinje and Cetinje. It has participated in several joint projects with the academies in Sarajevo and Trebinje, and cooperation with the Academy in Split should be intensified in the near future, for which framework agreements have already been made.

Teachers and associates have already been engaged in the "Video Editing and Directing" department, the most famous of which are directors Zvonimir Jurić and Ognjen Sviličić from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb and cameraman Mirko Pivčević from the Academy of Arts in Split.
