MFF School: Film Workshop for beginners
The first cycle of the MFF School film workshop intended for beginners, that is all those who have not participated in this project so far, began on Monday, August 9 in Široki Brijeg.

With the mentorship of Hrvoje Bazina and Tvrtko Bubalo, 18 students are participating in a three-day workshop organized within the Mediterranean Film Festival.

The basics of film, screenplay, camera and editing are just some of the topics that attendees will adopt. Workshops for beginners are organized in cooperation with the European Union Info Centre in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After the beginner part of the workshop, students will participate in creation of a short feature or documentary film in the second cycle of MFF School, from 17 to 28 August 2021. A team of students, mentors and lecturers will come together in screenwriting, producing, shooting and editing films and thus go through all the phases important for creation of a film work.

With the help of our partners from Outside The Lens and Circe 3 Productions, two films will be produced and screened at the closing of the 22nd Mediterranean Film Festival.

This year too, the workshop as well as the festival itself is supported by the United States Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
